Retainer Fee

We charge an annual retainer fee ranging from £50 to £200, depending on the client’s chosen packages and services. This retainer is refundable within 30 days following your annual payment. Cancellation of services within this period will result in a stoppage of all active services; however, your website will remain accessible online until the paid period expires. Minus the fees this may incur.

Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work and our commitment to client satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a 2-month money back guarantee, starting from the date of service commencement.

The money back guarantee allows you to request a refund of the total amount paid, excluding the non-refundable 20% deposit, within the first two months of service. This policy is designed to give you peace of mind and to ensure that our interests are fully aligned with delivering the best possible service to you.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under our money back guarantee, please follow these steps:

Website Uptime and Maintenance

CookeCorp UK LTD strives to maintain the highest possible uptime for your website. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors beyond our control, such as hosting issues or required maintenance for upgrades and updates. We commit to minimizing downtime and providing timely communication regarding any scheduled maintenance.


The following services are not covered under our 2-month money back guarantee:

  • Domain registration fees, as these are paid to external entities and are non-refundable.
  • Any third-party services or products purchased as part of the project. Including hosting fees.

Legal Terms and Liability

CookeCorp UK LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use our services.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold CookeCorp UK LTD and its employees, harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
